heys everyone! how're y'all doing?
September hols coming!!Can't wait for the rest we all finally get! One term of studies passes so fast... before I know it, its gone alr. 1 1/4 years more to spend with this wonderful class ): and 1 1/4 yrs more before Hansel graduates...): SIGH. Sometimes I wish that time would pass slower... allow us more things to do... more time to spend together before we separate...
Are we changing in seating arrangements next term? I'm neutral about it, but I'd rather stay in the current one for certain reasons. Guess whatever you want, but I'm never telling. Maybe you'd be right, maybe you'd never even scratch the surface.
So... Sept hols... anyone going for the movies? Weiheng's sponsoring one tmr, but its at a horrible timing... David's organising one on tuesday... but have to pay. SIGH. If a lot of ppl are going, I dun mind going at all. Saturday's one I got stuff on though, so sadly I can't make it ):
Today's chem open book assignment today was... surprisingly easy! Since its an open book assignment, I would think that it's gonna be hard, way hard. Only needed chapter 6 and 9 notes:D but I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED with myself. One of the questions, gotta put down the formula. Sadly, I put the words instead. FAIL D: sigh... why am i so stupid?? why can't I just do things right for once?
First time playing table tennis today:D Zack, Madhu, Valerie and I went 4th floor to play. Either Delvin and Carilynne joined us at the 4th.(hope I'm right. gosh, my memory's failing me once again...) Weiheng joined us after a while.
For the first time in my life, I held a paddle correctly, and attempted to play table tennis. Feeling very accomplished! Madhu and Valerie also tried, and (in my opinion) were better than me. I'm noob at table tennis... Played against all of them, and Zack was damn pro, owning me big time:) Owning the rest too, except maybe Delvin.Carilynne can play pretty well! I didn't know she played it... Hoping to play more and get better at it:)
CM1302! Damn nice lesson today! Did paper and TLC chromatography for M&M choc coating:) the TLC paper damn nice can? Got silica layer, and protected by plastic on one side. Very fragile... but the color which came out looked awesome. more... shiny...
Then we prepared alcohol! using yeast, glucose, and other stuff, all mix together in water of a certain temperature. I had to leave early for soccer, so had to leave the end to Madhu. Sorry Madhu...... hope I didn't leave you to do too much...
Soccer today was at RJC, friendly match. Zack and Hansel, if you think RI is big, you haven't seen RJC. Twice the size of our whole school compound, I should guess. Got 7/11 ministore, macs(somewhere in the whole building), even ATM machine o.0 random much? Who puts an ATM machine in a school?? And I even saw some RJ girl withdrawing cash from it -.-
That school is damn rich. Why can't they donate some money to a needy school like us?
Not only rich, but big too. The whole soccer team actually got lost around that place 0.0
Finally match started, after warm-ups and stuff. I didn't play, cos my leg was aching a bit for some reason, and yr 1s don't play. Guess its good in a way, cos I think I still suck in soccer, and would pull the team down. So I sat there and watched. While drinking FREE 100 plus ^.^
The other (teacher? coach?) is so kind... gave us a styrofoam box full of cold 100 plus to drink. And told us to bring some back, just to finish it :D WOW.
In the end, bad news: we lost D: good news: lost 1-0! at least only difference of 1 point...
Hoping that tmr would be a decent day. And that I get to sleep in a little:)

HEYS EVERYONE :D:D
Today's sports meet was GREAT!! No classes... sitting at the grandstand and supporting the runners... a lovely way to spent the day. The only downside was the sun. Damn hot can? Burning my skin(and a lot of other ppl's too, I'm sure). Running today was great!!! ran the 4 x 100m relay. Supposed to be group 1 at first, but then last minute changed to group 2. I think that caused their downfall... I'M SORRY!!! You're all really great, sure you could have gotten top too!!
FARADAY PWNS! I'm sorry to NOBEL, FIBO AND FLEMING, but this house will always remain the best to me:D
Congrats to FIBONACCI for winning the "mini olympics" this year :D Faraday WILL beat you next year...
Anyways, after that, almost all(except for Anders, MJ, Jacelyn, Tian Hong, Yao Yu, Ryan and some others which i can't remember) went to David's house. Had to get our DV projects out of the classrm first tho, and the security guard gave us a really tough time about it. Kept saying something about "can only open at 1pm, cos of blah blah blah..." Ok, she was following the rules, but still. Had to eat lunch in school to save time. Luckily after lunch, Hansel, Madhu, Zack and I went to ask again, and the other guard let off duty early, so he help us open at 12.45:D Security guard no. 2, you're awesome. You rock.

After that then go David's house. I was emo-ing all the way there, for some reason. (thanks Carilynne for lending me the headset, you saved me from Ethan's inane chattering:D) Listening to Linkin Park:D
stopped at a macs outlet, and Madhu and I shared a choco-cone. Do you know that they just dip the ice cream into the melted chocolate, and then after taking it out, the chocolate hardens?? EPIC.
Started project at David's, and ended at about 6. I think our group did the least for the project, have to get another meeting again. Sigh. Weiheng, Tai Zhi, what day are you ppl free? Weekends cannot, and this week cannot. Can sms me the dates you're free? thx:D

sigh.... I just wish school will let us off a little... got so many tests lately, and now mugging for physics test tmr.(or at least trying to mug lah) SIGH.
Madhu, the physics pro, will DEFINITELY ace the test hands down. And me... I will fail epicly along with some other ppl D: JIAYOUS ANYWAY!!!
Anw, today was randomly fun. Physics was randomly interesting, playing with moments XD
MADHU THE PHYSICS PRO:D:D solve the bonus question leh.... some more during math lesson!!!
Da Vinci was quite fail. The revolving flowerpot doesn't revolve properly... and its definitely not aesthetically pleasing. must go improve! My opinions on the class's prototypes:
The wheelchair was かわいい, so was the umbrella XD
The shirt thing was....rather interesting, and the comments were..........
Gardener is innovative, but hard to make, i guess
file is epic pro :D but pockets for holding loose sheets of paper would be nice(for lazy ppl like me!)
whiteboard table.... now that i think of it, if given that, ppl would be really imaginative in their writing... and they should attach it to the ends of the table
the hairdryer-comb (what is it called?) is still sharp as ever D: but the spikes are really sturdy. though if anyone has knots in their hair, it might just break off. handy, too:D but the air needs to be stronger, i can't really feel anything... and jaryl and matthew: pls tell me you don't have dandruff... pls...>.<
the book holder: i would definitely use it if the nail doesn't interfere:D really need it
(these are my opinions, pls respect them)
After Da vinci, waited for 1/2 hr(according to anders) for 101 to come out (val i don't blame you ok). played catching in the meanwhile, and i was the catcher -.-
while chasing anders, slipped and fell >.<
looking forward to another day, another time, where things will be better. For life will never be the same again...

tomorrow
:D:D:D helllloooos!! feels great to back on com! weekends ROCK!! can wake up late (enough) and hopefully slack a little. i just love this national day. it lets us: delay napfa for a week (woots XD), have a 5 day holiday(yeah!!!!), relax, have a reason for celebration......
... and have enough time to chiong for the tests next week:(
There is a conspiracy to torture us, I swear.
Come on, which sane school gives us 6 tests in 3 days?!? Spoiling our national day... and we have to mug now. sigh.
Saturday: went for a missions fest @ princep street presbyterian church. Fun, games, and laughter. good food, too:P And we learnt lots about missionaries overseas, and how we can help here. A great time to bond and learn. A missionary pastor shared with us his experience of living in Africa for 10+ years. A super missionary XD -went there, didn't get malaria. Came back to Singapore, suddenly got malaria XD -became the host for breeding fleas 0.0
God changed the lives of many people through him. Praise the Lord!
I added some FREE christian books to my collection too:D

NAPFA
hey all!
being away from the com for too long is really bad, i found out. Been thinking about it for.... the past days? Now, due to some circumstances, the only computer which has access to internet(and which i can access) is......*drum rolls*
My Dad's Laptop!!! owned rightfully by him, and not by me.
Thus, its in his study room and i have no access to it. POOR ME:(
Can't go on for much lor.... haven't checked fb and email and blog and stuff for a.....while.
As you can see, i'm not updating much, and i hope to update more. As soon as i get my laptop, I'll try getting one done everyday:) slowly, that is.
anw, congrats to everyone for napfa!!!! all of us passed :D:D (right? I'm very sure i'm right.)
Delvin pwns ppl in it. Argh.:( 10 plus mins leh! Pro. Super Pro.

Standing Broad Jump: pretend your enemy is lying there and disfigure his face!!!(for sadists, in general)
Sit and reach: pull your shoulders back to the board so you can gain extra 1/2cm or so
Shuttle run: ...... just run......
Incline pull ups: jiayous i suck too!
Sit-ups: practice! and tightening ur stomach muscles may work? dunno
Madhu, lets go practice on the track the next few days for jumping, ok?:D
Best of luck for the bio quiz tmr! cells.... the horror....
or you can just go for physics olympiad instead.
